C# (C Sharp) sample of Job Submit using MM Coversheet only with FieldMappings for the CSV submit file. The sample is functional. The FieldMapping pertains to the header names in the CSV file to make them more meaningful.

When using FieldMapping, all fields must be identified in the JobSubmit.

The MMcoversheet may only use the standard naming convention for the inserts.
