ezBanner is a Fax template design and rendering system that is used on our system in Japan, and is coupled with a desktop software product that is not offered or supported in the US.

In general, we recommend the use of Mail Merge for templated faxing, although there are situations where the US-based BannerFX feature can be used.  Mail Merge will give the greatest control of content and appearance from the sender's side.

As far as pilot lines (known as banners) and BannerFX, they are not related (except they both have "banner" in them).
