Integrating with the EasyLink Messaging API is easy! Before you begin, ensure you are familiar with the following list of items. EasyLink Services has many options available to keep the integration process as quick and seamless as possible. Messaging API Needs

  1. Access to a Developer with SOAP/XML Web Service knowledge
  2. Familiarity with WSDL's (Web Service Definition Language)
  3. Access to Recipient Contact Information (Phone Number, Email Address, SMS Addres, Fax Number)
  4. Access to Core Systems which may make decisions on when to trigger a message
  5. Ability to Send, Receieve and Interpret  SOAP/XML messages.

Messaging Account Provisioning API Needs
Database with User Information

  1. Access to a Developer with SOAP/XML Web Service knowledge
  2. Familiarity with WSDL's (Web Service Definition Language)
  3. Access to Core Systems which track Employee/User/Organization Statistics, such as when to Add/Delete accounts.
  4. Ability to Send, Receieve and Interpret  SOAP/XML messages.

Your engineer will review your intended use of the API and provide test system credentials.
