This is a complete project that you can build and run in the appropriate development environment.
The file contains a NetBeans project that can be run simply by unzipping and opening in NetBeans. This project was developed in NetBeans IDE 6.5 using JDK 1.6.0_04. NOTE: your version of NetBeans must to have the Web Services 1.2.1 PlugIn installed.
