When creating a MailMerge CoverSheet there are quite a few fields that are available that can be mapped to.  Some of the fields you supply your own information to and some of them will be filled in automatically by the system at the time the CoverSheet is used on the fax.

Available Data Elements

The following table defines the Data Elements that are available for insertion into a MailMerge coversheet. These fields would be inserted into a MS Word document as Insert Merge Fields.

The Field Name column defines the name of the field, as it must be used within the MS Word document. The XDDS Mapping column identifies the source of the Data Element. These Data elements, except those that say otherwise, are obtained first from the recipient list and if not found then the job header is checked.  The Description column gives a brief overview of the Data Element.
