ItemLevelQuery searches for particular delivery items within a particular window of time. A number of criteria can be specified to select the delivery items - some that pertain to the individual deliveries, and some that pertain to the jobs that contain them.

Because of the complexity of the possible queries, this function is not particularly efficient. It should be used sparingly, and depending on the time window specified and the amount of traffic, long processing times may occur.
