The AddressBlockDelete function is used to remove destinations from the set of those blocked on an EasyLink system. The EasyLink "XDDS" system (used for fax, voice and simple email) and "MR" system (used for enhanced email and SMS) maintain separate sets of blocked destinations.

Special permission must be arranged with EasyLink in advance in order to use this function.
