When a JobSubmit operation is submitted for preview, the job is not fully submitted until the preview result is accepted or rejected. The JobReviewAction function allows a user to accept the job, which allows it to proceed to delivery, or reject it, which terminates processing of the job. Jobs normally will be automatically cancelled if they are not accepted or rejected within an hour.
