MyPortal

OpenText MyPortal is a web-based application that lets you create and send email, fax, voice, SMS, and mixed media notification jobs. You can also track, manage and obtain the status of all the jobs submitted.

Other MyPortal functions include the ability for you to:

Resend, get status, and cancel jobs

Generate and download reports on the status of jobs

Create and manage job templates

Upload distribution lists

Modify user preferences

In addition, MyPortal account administrators can:

Manage notification jobs created by other users

Modify user preferences for other users
