Inbound faxes can be received in several ways. They can be faxed, emailed, delivered by FTP, pushed via “Web Services Delivery Agent” or queued for retrieval. If inbound faxes are queued, you can retrieve them using the QueuedDocumentRetrieve API. You can remove them from the queue with using the QueueDocumentRelease API.
