Introduction Production Messaging is a cloud-based solution that automates the creation and delivery of customized outbound transactions originating in back-office environments. It accepts almost any form of data from back-end systems, and creates messages according to your business rules. You can merge data fields and add logos or other customizations before delivering the messages. The Production Messaging API allows OpenText customers to develop SOAP API messaging applications that communicate with the Production Messaging infrastructure to deliver email, SMS, voice, and fax messages.
