Broadcast OpenText provides broadcast capability that allows sending customized (via inserts) messages to many recipients at one time. This is much more efficient than sending a large number of customized individual messages. When providing an input file containing list of destinations and inserts for customizing messages, OpenText recommends you use XML file format instead of Excel CSV format (though some of the examples in API Forum use input file in CSV format).
