The attached zip file has samples for creating html that uses pull files and click-to's, plus a document explaining how they are used. It also contains a sample XML file for doing the JobSubmit. The html files can be viewed using Notepad. The best way to view the Request.xml.txt file is to remove the .txt and open it in IE.
