This function assigns a new fax number to an F2M user. The request may include a complete fax number, or parameters to be matched by the new number. In either case, the number must come from the pre-assigned pool of numbers accessible by the particular user. The FaxNumberAvailableList function can be used to check for available numbers.

Assigning a fax number to a user that previously did not have Fax2Mail service sets up the service for that user.
