This function provides a way to upload files to the Customer File Store (CFS).

The document to be stored can be included the actual data in the request, or provided by specifying a URL from which the document is to be retrieved.

Note that executing this request will create a CFS directory for the user (if one did not already exist) which may activate billing for CFS use.
