	Status StatusType					1	This element contains the overall status of the Request. See StatusType
	SubmitId xs:string					0-1	Echoes the SubmitId in the request, if one was provided, and if possible.

	Campaign CampaignListType					0-	This element contains the details of a campaign.
		CampaignName xs:string				1	Name of the campaign.
		StartDate xs:dateTime				0-1	The start date of the campaign.
		EndDate xs:dateTime				0-1	The end date of the campaign.
		Form CampaignFormType				0-	This element contains the details of a form belonging to the enclosing Campaign.
