The Fod destination represents a delivery to a Fax-On-Demand repository in the switch.

xs:string		0-1Identifier for this destination. This can appear on reports, and should generally be kept short.
   @refb64
xs:string		0-1Base64-encoded identifier for this destination. This is an alternative to ref when applications may require data incompatible with the XML document.
   Alternate
AlternateType		0-1Alternate destination to be tried if delivery to this one fails. See AlternateType.
   Address
xs:string		1The FOD destination.
