3.9.8 SmsType

The Sms destination represents a delivery to a SMS (text message) destination. Note that the availability of SMS delivery through your EasyLink system should be checked before attempting to use this.

xs:string		0-1Identifier for this destination. This can appear on reports, and should generally be kept short.
   @refb64
xs:string		0-1Base64-encoded identifier for this destination. This is an alternative to ref when applications may require data incompatible with the XML document.
   Alternate
AlternateType		0-1Alternate destination to be tried if delivery to this one fails. See AlternateType.
   Phone
xs:string		1The destination phone number.
