Using this service, one can request re-delivery of items. Resend cannot be used until the original job is complete.

Resend can be requested for items in a job that have failed to deliver for various reasons, or specific items can be resent, optionally to a different destination address.

The Resend function does not permit the payload of the message to be changed.
