Send basic and enhanced emails

Use the EmailOptions and EnhancedEmailOptions parameters in the JobSubmit function to send basic and enhanced emails. Enhanced emails include options to track whether an HTML recipient has opened the message or viewed it, include a pull file and a password for pull file, etc.
