Can I choose a platform, such as MessageREACH or XDDS, to process a message?

No. The choice of platform is determined by the type of jobs that you submit and the option elements you include. If you use EnhancedEmailOptions or SmsOptions elements to submit email or SMS messages, they process on the MessageREACH system.
